Exhibitions

The Reginald F. Lewis Museum tells stories of perseverance, triumph and celebration. In keeping with our mission, we collect, preserve, interpret, document and exhibit the rich contributions of African American Marylanders.

Through our extensive permanent collection and exhibition galleries, the museum brings Maryland to the world. Through groundbreaking special exhibitions on a wide range of historical and contemporary subjects, the museum brings the world to Maryland.
